I noticed that Thomas did not agree, and of late he has been the most Constitutional out of the current bunch.

Also, using Gonzales appears to engender an apples/oranges comparison. Cannabis is not mentioned in the Second Amendment.

SCOTUS managed to see the relevance when they remanded US v Stewart to be decided “in light of” their decision in Raich. That’s just one chapter in the long book of gun grabbers using legal precedents established by drug warriors.
