He is afraid that they are mostly just all talk by certain dem presidential candidates, and that they wont really go through with it, but that he believes impeachment will be good for him politically, particularly for taking back the house.

I kind of hope the Democrats in the House Impeach. It is a given that they will stymie anything he does that they can and a spectacular Impeachment process would perhaps occupy them and the MSM sufficiently that he can get a lot more stuff done under the cover of the noise and fireworks than perhaps he can accomplish with the Left focused on what he is doing and not on what the House is trying to do to him.
