It would make no difference if the Attorney General were Rudy Giuliani, a New Yorker. The Left would start riots that would make the 1960s look like a church picnic.

I hate to say it makes sense but it does. They could find a reason to go after Holder or Rice and maybe get justice but going after Obama would be a losing situation for everyone. Maybe some sort of formal rebuke but thats it.
