• "We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends."

The key words in the Declaration are "necessity", "necessary" "impel" and "must".
There is no sense, anywhere in our Founding documents -- none -- of justifying secession "at pleasure".

So tell us why you can't grasp such simple facts.
