I was incredibly tolerant of the sick, disturbing stories of their night (and day) life that I had to hear.
But that dancing queen thing just threw me for a loop lol
Especially since my father was such a man’s man. I didn’t know such a thing could exist lol.

Having been an artist and musician ALL of my long life, I often worked with people who were homosexual. For years, i thought nothing of it, accepted them as colleagues and fellow artists. I didn’t have to worry about sexual advances from the men, so I actually formed some good professional friendships and to this day, I believe my beloved mentor and #1 cheerleader in my entertainment career in Boston was a closeted homosexual.
But that was in the 70’s and 80’s. Now, with the “Gay Activist Movement” poisoning and destroying ANY positive traits or relationships, people have become polarized. The saddest revelation was that, from the way the activists talk, ALL those professional and personal relationships were a sham, and as a straight woman, I was actually DESPISED and held in contempt by the very people I cared about.
The “movement” ruined everything. I have gotten sensory overload from the activists and now recoil from their rhetoric. I even have a hard time listening to Tchaikovsky’s music (which I used to LOVE!).
The worst thing about it is their hypocrisy, yanking people, who want to remain anonymous, out of the closet. Another evil tactic is “Outing” people who happen to be conservative, and excoriating them for their own very same practices.
Your point about the daily “stories” is another source of disgust. Like the feminists, they tell you to stay OUT of their bedrooms, and then FORCE you into a ringside seat.
