Ryan is simply in a figure-head position and has to toe the line that Romney draws, not the other way around.
By the time Romney gets through implementing as much of the Gay Agenda as he can, granting some form of Amnesty, implementing his own version of ObamaCare, AKA RomneyCare, either at the state level or the Federal level, and does nothing to reign in the size of Government, Ryan will have a hard time winning POTUS in 2016 because of how weakened he will have become because of his association with Romney.
