How is it you found those other posts by CWSNTEXAS but managed to miss the one about his father? Were you not ever in history class to learn about concentration camps during WWII? Are you aware that Auschwitz had a very large number of Jews? Do you know anything about THIS place?

I am glad he is even able to find good in this world after knowing what his father experienced. I am grateful that at 80 years old he is still around to remind the rest of us that man's inhumanity to man REALLY HAPPENED.

Ansel's and others have had free reign to ridicule and attack CWSNTEXAS's post about his father's treatment at the hands of Nazis, have been on display for beyond 24 hours, while any posts which criticize JR's comments are immediately removed or the poster banned. This site has become a shameful display of vitriol and phony conservatism.

You are a very kind person, but I do not need the apologies of anyone on this site.

For them to have truly hurt me, I would have to have some degree of sentiment invested in them and I assure you, there is none.

I told the story of my father to simply explain how I came to believe the things I do. I was taught.

I won’t share too many details about my past here, mainly because of the group of folks who seem obsessed with picking apart everything or everyone they disagree with. My mother escaped with me and my siblings to the United States where we lived with family and for years, did not know my father’s fate.

Raised to believe the United States was where we would be safe, I believe it to this day.

Don’t take their attacks on me or Jews too personally. They are limited by their lack of education, narrow-mindedness and hatred, whether they realize it or not.
