You failed basic math, then?
"This is pratical poltics were talking about, not a CCD class."
So talking about principles is fine, but when it comes down to "practicality". toss them out? No, mine aren't that cheap. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I cast a vote for an abortionist/sodomite lover, and I know I wouldn't be able to face God. Your decision is your own, of course.
My math scores were rather good, btw. :)
If Mr. Obama wins, good luck.
“I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I cast a vote for an abortionist/sodomite lover, and I know I wouldn’t be able to face God. Your decision is your own, of course.”
I Peter 2:13-15
“Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lords sake, whether to the king as supreme, 14 or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. 15 For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men 16 as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God. 17 Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.”
It would seem that according to Holy Scripture even Obama is an instrument of God. Perhaps God wants us involved with the process to change those rulers who have lost their way rather than allow them to continue? What if Mitt is God’s choice to overcome this latest assault on God given freedom? Maybe our own politics and agendas can get in the way of what God would want to do? Maybe stitting out is actually opposing God’s will? I’m not saying it is but it could be when one reflects on this passage.
