They were NOT discussing Obama's eligibility. They were joking about the Puerto Rican born chairman's ongoing "aspirations" to become president. It was a 10 year running gag between the Supreme Court Justices and Chairman Serrano. Sheesh! Obama's name never even came up.
WND has about as much credibility as the Weekly World News. Any time now I expect Farah to be claiming Obama hired bat boy to forge the birth certificate and his secret Da Vinci code like signature is the smiley face.
