The pixels are not the same.

Like I said...NOT identical. They are similar, but if you are trying to claim they were copied and pasted, then they would be identical. And this is just one example of many differences between the two boxes.

This is the area in the middle at the bottom of each box.

Actually, they’re the same. You’ve got an altered image there.

Not that it matters. But they’re the same.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. They are identical. The only differences that you are seeing is from the green background paper.

I think you have to be careful as to whether the software you use to blow the image up is doing some anti-aliasing or not. This image comes from a Photoshop 600 pixel per inch import of the WH PDF:
The boxes are identical.

Your results are different from mine, zoomed in Photoshop CS5 with screen captures of each. Yours have picked up anti-aliasing; mine have not. Yours:
