If he is a foreigner it means he’s a lying fraud who deceived the American people. It means he belongs in prison along with all the traitors who helped him with his crime.
Eric Holder would have to be recused as the chief attorney, and there hasn't been a court or judges willing, able or not complicit with the coverup. Corruption in government and our press has been unprecedented and has allowed the eligibility of this president to be uncontested and unchallenged so far
Our elected representatives for the most part have their thumbs in their wazoos, their tongues are silent and they have no concern about the likely possibility they are serving under a president who gained the job in fraudulent defiance of the Constitution and Rule of Law of this nation. Clearly Nancy Pelosi et al are no doubt accessories to this possible crime and likely know full well the answer to the question most Americans are asking.
Treason! If proven to be true is punishable by death in this country, but only in a time of war. I guess the USSC might have to decide if treason is punishable by death in a time of "kinetic military action". Either way, if in fact Obama is not eligible to be President, then every liar that helped him would also be guilty of treason and subject to death in a time of war.
This could also explain why Obama is so careful not to use the word war.
