So we’ve got THREE officials of the Hawaii government agreeing that Hawaii has no valid birth documentation for Obama. Those three confirmations being given in different ways over a 3-year period.

That’s not just an Obama ploy to make “birthers” look crazy.

IT WOULDN’T A PRIVACY VIOLATION FOR THE GOVERNOR TO SAY THERE ISN’T A LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE. SOMEONE SHOULD ASK IT THAT WAY.

The HDOH claims they can’t give any information about WHAT birth index their index data for Obama is from. Not even whether it was from the Delayed Birth Certificate, Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, or pending index. So according to that, the index listing for Obama could mean they’ve got a Kleenex with “I was born in Hawaii. Barack Hussein Obama II”.

And it sounds like Abercrombie is saying that may well be what they’ve got, if anything.

The way to force answers is through a state eligibility bill. If we could each take 5 minutes to copy the bill at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf , find our state legislators’ e-mail address, and C&P that bill into an e-mail asking them to introduce and pass that bill.... we could possibly get the answers we’ve all spent so much time wondering about.

And then we could get back to speculating together. =)

His name is on the graduation program at Columbia. The university verified that he did, in fact, obtain a degree there. There is an opinion piece by him in the student newspaper from the time he was attending. Occidental also verified his dates of attendance. Classmates from both schools have confirmed they knew him as students.

There's no way he would have been allowed to take the bar exam or teach law school classes without proving he had a law degree.
