So do I. All I want to know is how a forgery of any kind fits into anything in that statement. WHY make it a forgery? Why go after a forgery when we already know it is a fraud? That is all I am saying. There is no benefit to this argument, legal or otherwise, to make THIS the focus of attention.

Fair enough.

I’ll tell you what I think

1) Obama is guilty of credit fraud(both state & federal)

2) Credit identity theft(college)

3) Student loan fraud.

4) Not a U.S. citizen.

That is why we can’t get his paperwork for anything.

I could be wrong, but I have spent a lot of time researching this traitor, and the above is my logical conclusion.

Forgery enters the picture when someone generates a false document and then affizes what they purport to be the signature of a real human to it, falsely.

At least one of the fabricated 'COLB' images had a (claimed) seal and signature, which would propel mere fraud into the realm of forgery. Had no signature been attached, no seal claiming it was genuine, then it would be merely fraud.

He says his father is Kenyan. Stanley Ann claimed his father was Kenyan. The courts, through the divorce papers, state his father was Kenyan. That in itself made him ineligible at the time of conception, prior to any BC.
