You are missing my point. There is no requirement for a candidate to PROVE they are a natural-born citizen to be elected president.

They have to sign an affidavit in some states in order to get on the ballot. Obama signed an affidavit in Arizona (if I remember correctly) saying that he is a natural born United States citizen.

But from what we’re seeing in Hawaii, I believe he may have perjured himself. I think we have enough evidence of forgery to compel an investigation. The country has a right to know.

“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”

Article 2 US Constitution.

There is a LEGALLY BINDING requirement that a person be a Natural Born Citizen to run for POTUS. The burden of proof falls upon that person, to be enforced by the people and the congress.

The people were drinking Obama-kool-aid, and congress was IN ON THE SCAM, they knew he wasn’t a Natural Born Citizen. Why do you think Obama co-sponsored legislation to CHANGE THE MEANING OF NATURAL BORN CITIZEN??

It wasn’t a theoretical attempt either.

Try using a little common sense. The purpose Article 2 Section 1 is to ensure a candidate meets those requirements. That can only be accomplished by proving a candidate meets those requirements. By your line of reasoning the Constitution is irrelevant since it is not incumbent upon anyone to prove they fulfill any of the requirements in any portion of the Constitution. Your weak attempt to try and parse the intent of Article 2 Section 1 couldn't be more disingenuous.
