Mabye to remove Lolo’s adoption of him? Returning his Birth status to that which it was before the Adoption? Maybe?? He wanted something done, went to Kapiolani to visit G-ma who broke a hip... and later died...the whole scenario might have been sad, but it proves he had the means by which to get to all the places in Hawaii he would need to go to make certain that some documents got lost and which didn’t “get lost”...

The Birth Certificate Amendment process is SO easy in Hawaii.

§338-15 Late or altered certificates. A person born in the State may file or amend a certificate after the time prescribed, upon submitting proof as required by rules adopted by the department of health. Certificates registered after the time prescribed for filing by the rules of the department of health shall be registered subject to any evidentiary requirements that the department adopts by rule to substantiate the alleged facts of birth.

Attorney General Opinions: Section provides for the alteration of only birth certificates. Att. Gen. Op. 84-14.

I once heard of a scumbag tricking his rich great-aunt into signing an Irrevocable Power of Attorney along with an Irrevocable Trust to "legally" bilk millions of dollars from the family. She thought she was signing a benign permission slip regarding her medical care.

Getting a Power of Attorney from grandmother "Toots" in her waning days — who died a few days before the November 2008 election — so he could "correct" his records is VERY plausible. I can see Obama submitting an affidavit from ol' Toots to the Hawaii Family Court via closed session to make such "corrections", too.

Have you stopped to consider that perhaps Barry Soetoro had a couple of amendments to his vital records, one of which may have occurred during his time in the IL Senate race ... a change of ‘named father’, to cite Frank Marshall Davis as the father? Barry knew years ago that the natural born citizen clause required place of birth and U.S. Citizenship of both parents. The Internet posted CoLB is a fraudulent representation since the date it was supposedly released from vital records is not on file in DOH and the image does not included ‘amended’. The forgery may have removed amended before making the Internet image, but the particulars of amending are what interest me. I suspect Barry's ‘embarrassment’ is his changing parentage to Davis after having put his approval on Ayers’ ghost written garbage for him. Of course, said amendment becomes very problematic beyond mere embarrassment, especially since he has perjured himself and lie repeatedly to the people who made the mistake of electing him.
