The Birth Certificate Amendment process is SO easy in Hawaii. §338-15 Late or altered certificates. A person born in the State may file or amend a certificate after the time prescribed, upon submitting proof as required by rules adopted by the department of health. Certificates registered after the time prescribed for filing by the rules of the department of health shall be registered subject to any evidentiary requirements that the department adopts by rule to substantiate the alleged facts of birth.
Attorney General Opinions: Section provides for the alteration of only birth certificates. Att. Gen. Op. 84-14. I once heard of a scumbag tricking his rich great-aunt into signing an Irrevocable Power of Attorney along with an Irrevocable Trust to "legally" bilk millions of dollars from the family. She thought she was signing a benign permission slip regarding her medical care. When I look at Obama, I feel I'm looking at the poster boy of the criminally insane. I really do. Getting a Power of Attorney from grandmother "Toots" in her waning days — who died a few days before the November 2008 election — so he could "correct" his records is VERY plausible. I can see Obama submitting an affidavit from ol' Toots to the Hawaii Family Court via closed session to make such "corrections", too. Obama is not a man to be trusted.
