The bottom line is that the Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed that the certificate number is given by the state registrar on the “Date filed”. This means that the Factcheck COLB could not have been “filed” 3 days before the Nordyke BC’s and still receive a later number than the Nordykes’ certificates.

IOW, we know that Factcheck is a forgery not only because Obama’s BC was amended and that isn’t noted on the COLB as required by law, but also because the certificate number and filing dates are an impossible combination.

So this is two different ways, now, that the DOH’s answers to official requests have pointed out information that shows Factcheck to be a forgery.
