Not necessarily. If he is an illegitimate office holder, with no rights to hold said office in the first place, he could be removed without impeachment and Senate trial.

No, he couldn't. There's no other body beside Congress with the Constitutional authority to bring such charges against a sitting President in the first place, let alone remove him from office.

Yes he could.
What happens to someone who is ineligible for an office?
They get removed without review.

You said: “Michael Michael was Steve Eddy. “

HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS, SIR?

“Ender was not Michael Michael.”

And HOW do you know THAT?
So who is he?
And why should we believe YOU?

Have you ever heard of Quo Warranto?

Quo Warranto

The common law writ of quo warranto has been suppressed at the federal level in the United States, and deprecated at the state level, but remains a right under the Ninth Amendment which was understood and presumed by the Founders, and which affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents. Here are a few writings on the subject. Revival of the writs must be combined with reviving standing for private prosecution of public rights, subverted by the decision in Frothingham v. Mellon, 262 U.S. 447 (1923), which is discussed in an article by Steve Winter, The Metaphor of Standing and the Problem of Self-Governance.

If he doesn’t hold office legitimately, the Constitutional provisions do not apply as he is NOT the President.
