It’s interesting that Charlton, et al got their hands ,”inadvertently”, on internal emails that exposes the Hawaiian DoH.
Lately they’ve been slipping. I’ve gotten several e-mails where they forgot to take out their intra-agency communications.
BUT they didn’t forget to take out the residual history of one of my e-mails to them which showed I had already given them what they then said they needed before they could answer my request.
I guess it’s a matter of priorities...
