Actually, the DOH and OIP have confirmed that there are supplementary records to support the claims on Obama’s original or amended birth certificate. That means that either the original birth certificate was filed on the basis of affidavits alone (and thus not a hospital birth) or that Obama added or amended items to the birth certificate through separate documents (which also wouldn’t be necessary if it was a hospital birth, a birth attended by a doctor, or an unattended birth followed by a doctor visit within the week).
The DOH confirmed that there are no supplementary documents with a doctor’s, midwife’s, or nurse’s signature.
No matter how you slice it, what the DOH and OIP have confirmed rules out a hospital birth.
Unless the DOH is flat-out lying, which is a distinct possibility. That’s why there needs to be an investigation.
