No, Wong says its extraconstitutional because the Constitution doesn’t define the term. Didn’t someone claim that Wong says there were just two types of citizenship?? What you’re saying now is that Wong actually acknowledges at least three types of citizenship. Sorry to keep spoiling your misunderstandings of Wong, but it’s so fun.
