I have pushed this in the face of the After-Birthers
at least 20 times in the last 24 hours, and there
is NO defense against it.
Anything Obama says or does — OR IS CONNECTED TO —
can naturally be considered a LIE.
If HE or his people submitted his COLB, and the Courts have
NEVER seen a REAL copy of it, it is NOT a "FACT" — either by
layman or by legal standards.

1. No birther lawsuit has got far enough to require a defense.
2. If it did, I feel pretty sure the Defense counsel would simply get a certified copy of the COLB, submit it into evidence, and the judge would throw the Birther suit out.
