Presidential candidates aren't "awarded" states. Presidents are elected by electoral votes cast by appointed electors. And Obama received the requisite number of electoral votes.

Who gets impeached is who holds the office of President. And at this point in time, it is Obama. He received the requisite number of electoral votes, those votes were certified, and he was duly sworn into the office of President. And he holds that office until such time as he may be removed by way of impeachment and subsequent conviction by Congress.
