What if the lists were long or if the number of pages for the paper didn’t add up just right? Would those things change the process? Could you see a scenario where a list would be cut in half and only half be printed and the other half be printed later? If so, how much later?
Would there be an agreement to print all the announcements the DOH sent in the list?

Look, you come on these threads and try to discourage people from seeking the truth. We know NOTHING about Obama. People have been trying too get the truth since before the election. And yet you and others like you discourage that. Why? He is a shadow. Questions are discouraged by public officials. You don't find that odd? And yet here you are, along with others, labeling people that want the truth as nuts. You want a break? Give one to others.
It's not funny at all. I've been researching and asking questions just like everyone else. And as I said, I discussed Obama's lack of transparency and Orly's freak show with this judge prior to now and posted about it months ago.
There's a difference between seeking the truth and making up your own truth, which is what most birthers tend to do. They repeat Internet rumors as fact. They turn suspicions into fact. They jump to illogical conclusions.
There are very few birthers who are reasonable, but they do exist and I do give those few a break and have productive discussions with them.

The focus on perceived irregularities with his vital records or novel interpretations of law regarding what was public knowledge before the election strikes me as like a guy getting pulled over for driving through a school zone at 100 MPH with no brakes and bald tires, the driver stinks of booze, is waving a gun around and has a body in the trunk. But the onlookers want to argue as to whether or not an intermittent taillight meets the legal definition of a broken taillight.
Then those who are more concerned with the dead body in the trunk rather than the taillight get accused of not supporting traffic laws….

DOJ argued to Judge Carter that quo warranto doesn't apply to POTUS so they intend to fight against any quo warranto.
Judge Carter didn't exactly agree or disagree, but he did state that quo warranto against a federal officer may be brought only in the DC Circuit.

In "Dreams," though most likely written by Ayers, Obama says he found his BC many years ago, so it almost certainly wasn't an abbreviated HI short-form, but an original long form, if the account is true. Of course there is a blanket denial of accuracy at the front of the book.
As he moved towards considering taking the oath of office he would have a legal, moral, ethical and patriotic duty to resolve any doubts there might be regarding his eligibility, in my view.
