Yes, the notification was left on Barak's door for 10 days (starting Jan 30, 1964) in Cambridge before the post office picked it up and returned it to Hawaii. It was not signed by Barak, nor did he show up for court -- this was explained to me from a court clerk and PI who acquired the papers. Therefore, the divorce was granted by default.

Yes, and see how the first name is spelled on that form...looks to me like Barak...not Barack. If that is the case why are the divorce papers different?
