Has he? I wonder...who is responsible for the fightthesmears website...zero personally, or could he maintain a flunky made a mistake? The original posting of a CoLB from Hawaii was on another website I won't name...then factcheck 'validated' the fightthesmears image.
At no time has he personally associated himself with any image of 'his CoLB from Hawaii'. At no time has he spoken of it, or been quoted speaking in the first person about that document...as far as I know.

The answer to LucyT’s question does not turn on whether O produced a proper document but rather what he intended the Hollister court to believe.

answered that question, and how the heck did he get to that answer from the

That was really bizarre.
That's the mostly unrecognized backstory to why FR's attention was drawn, repeatedly and at great length over more than a years' time, to the "fake" "COLB." It mired FR in wheelspinning, on an image with no probative or forensic value, of a document that couldn't prove anything if it was authentic, that couldn't be legally associated with Obama.
