Right. I would say that is in complete contradiction with the intent of the framers and what they wanted to prevent with the Commander in Chief.

The parents of Bruce Lee were foreign nationals on tour with a Chinese acrobatic group in the US when Bruce was born, which gave him US citizenship in addition to his dual citizenship abroad. As US born, even tho he spoke with a thick Chinese accent due to being raised abroad - Hong Kong - he could technically have run for President - if he had lived to age 35. He came back to the US at a young age and had no trouble exercising his right to stay here. I welcome additional input on this, but I believe someone in his position could certainly run for President if they were US born, and then renounced the foreign half of their dual citizenship by age 21 for full American citizenship, even if they were raised abroad.
