I have no idea who this “User:Sygs99” person is, but whoever it is, has some other Kenyan document(s) on Obama:

I saw the document he uploaded during the brief time it was there yesterday, but I didn’t have the sense to save it, and now it’s been deleted. Nobody else seems to have even noticed that it’s a very different document, that wasn’t released anywhere else. It is a Short form Kenyan BC, and it also names the same Oduyo as registrar, but that’s about all I remember.
