I do nor think this is legit. The fonts at the bottom are too modern, and the overall black-ink printing quality too high. Not a 1964 vintage docuament, imo. An earlier post indicated that WND has obtained copies of real Kenyan birth certificates of the era for comparison, and they're identical to the document released by Orly Taitz.
