Kev, this is a country of laws. If Obama is proven to be ineligible to hold the office of President in a court of law, he will likely be escorted from the White House by US Marshalls.
There won't even be an impeachment proceeding, because he was never President to begin with. Everything he signed will be null and void, including all legislation.
Please, you're trying to make an untenable argument that doesn't stand up to the Constitutional standard.
Well, we will learn what we will learn (if this document is authenticated) and it is this:
Are we who we always believed we were, or are we now an official banana republic?
The thing that made this country unique to its time, and perhaps unique to all times is that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL. The notion that regular citizens were equal to the rulers, in the eyes of the law, was positively revolutionary at the time.
This isn’t some third world rathole, where there are rulers and the ruled. In this country, a poor minority or single mom, or immigrant is SUPPOSED to have equal weight before a judge as anyone else. Period.
This is going to be our time to find out, perhaps. It’s on.

***The fact that this IS a country of laws was our weakpoint in this issue. We deliberately have it set up so that the SCOTUS gets lifetime employment so that they don’t make decisions based upon politics of the time. They failed us and our reliance upon them to uphold this nation of laws.
There won’t even be an impeachment proceeding, because he was never President to begin with. Everything he signed will be null and void, including all legislation.
***There will be a need for impeachment proceedings, obviously, because we are a nation of laws. But the whole thing is set up in zer0bama’s favor, and if we couldn’t bring down Clintoon with a stained dress, the congress won’t convict this guy over a piece of paper.
Please, you’re trying to make an untenable argument that doesn’t stand up to the Constitutional standard.
***No, you’re the one arguing on both sides of “being a nation of laws” but then saying there’d be no need to follow the law of impeachment.
