In view source there is this that is not visible on the page: "The Dominion of Kenya between 1963 and 1964." This "Dominion of Kenya" is also hyperlinked to 1. above.

Not better, worse. Yours is the amended Constitution. The original 1963 Constitution has over a hundred pages, but no mention of the word Republic.
