The way it worked in London in 1982 and 1984 when my daughters were born there is probably the same as Kenya was when Obama was born there. Within a short period after the birth the father is obliged to go to the local registrar and record the birth in the BOOK registering births. Then the registrar types up a certificate (like the one copied here) after the birth is recorded in the book and gives the parent a copy of the certificate. That is it. After that, one is obliged to go to the embassy and register the birth with the consular office.
Obama’s Kenyan Birth will officially be recorded in Book 44B. It is a government record book in the Coast Province of Kenya.
Yes, I've never had any confusion on that. Even having never seen a Kenyan CCRB before, it's pretty evident that the information on it refers back to the more root data in Book 44B.
This is why I compared this document to a Hawaiian COLB.
I'm still 24 hours behind on this thread, and there have been a lot of very good developments in the FR community investigation, but I think we're nearing the point where nothing less than obtaining corroborating evidence from Kenyan birth records will illuminate this further.
Given the lockdown imposed by the Kenyan government on their records, it's no wonder that Orly headed to London. Hopefully, someone in the chain of command in the British records offices will recall how badly their Queen was treated by Obama, and grease the skids a bit for Orly.
