Where do you see the 2004 copy date?
Just following back and forth on the posts that are talking about it, I got the idea that the seal or something else had that date stamped on it. As if that was the date the copy was made? I dunno..this thread has been moving so fast it is hard to keep up.
Move page left and look just above the signature on the right bottom of the page.
This certified copy was (?) made in 1964. Perhaps to be used in the adoption papers for her marriage and move to Indonesia. 1964 Marriage, I believe.
