False. They were derived from the birth records that were submitted to the State of Hawaii. We know based on this that Obama has had birth records submitted to state of Hawaii by August 13, 1961 for his Aug 4, 1961 birth.

Nah what we know is it is possible birth records were submitted to the state of Hawaii by August 13. We do know it is possible Ann called mama from Kenya told her it was a boy and mama filed the at home birth documents that possibly gave rise to the birth announcements.

How do you know they are derived from the birth records submitted to the state? If this is standard procedure, where is it documented?
