This is much too vital a piece of paper to go out on a limb for without having possession.
I highly agree, and am hugely disappointed that she doesn't appear to have ready access to the original.
Having said that, she does indicate that the document can be "recovered". The question is, from who? I just can't imagine that she would go so far as to file this suit, if she (and others) didn't believe that they actually can do this.
