Yes today is the day for a ruling on the defendants MTD. If granted it will probably get appealed however based on the comments and a trial date I think it is clear that Judge Carter want this move on. I will be watching Orly’s FaceBook page. That usually gets updated first by her assistant. I would guess by 1PM EDT we would hear something.
I also believe Fox News is on the scene.
