Letter from Senator McCain

I actually didn't send my pleadings to senator McCain. Those were forwarded to him by one of my supporters, Mr. Murray [ed. for that story, read here McCain disagrees with audience member on a president's birthplace], a former law enforcement officer from Utah. I appreciate expedient response from senator McCain, however he is wrong in his assumption, that there is nothing he can do. There are two things that he can do and actually has a duty to do. First- he can bring the issue of Obama’s illegitimacy to presidency to the floor og the Senate and demand immediate Senate Judicial committee hearing. Two- he can sign on as one of my plaintiffs to refile the case in DC. He has the best standing to file Quo Warranto. Senator McCain could withstand torture by Vietnamese communists for years, he can withstand putting his signature on the pleadings. If I could withstand constant death threats, tampering with my car, convicted forgers submitting perjured testimony in different courts to undermine my law license, Obama’s brown shirts in the media and government constantly insulting me, assaulting, harassing and subjecting to retaliations; I am sure he can withstand putting his signature on the pleadings. Please write open letters to each and every congressman and senator, demanding they become plaintiffs or demand that they resign and let people with some guts take their place. (please cc to me).

James Edwards from United systems of Arkansas has offered reduced fee for sending mass certified mail letters to Congress and Senate. Currently I completely ran put of funds and can’t do it. If we will have funds, we’ll send certified mail letters.

II. Does the State of Hawaii’s withholding Respondent’s Obama’s original birth records by privacy laws breach the U.S. C ONST . by obstructing constitutional rights duties of the People to vote, and State and Federal election officers to challenge, validate & evaluate qualifications of presidential candidates based on legally acceptable and not fraudulent records and the President Elect., per U.S. C ONST . art. II § 1, art. VI, & amend. XX § 3?

III. Does the restrictive qualification for President of “natural born citizen” over “citizen” include allegiance to the U.S.A. from birth without any foreign allegiance, as required of the Commander in Chief in time of war to preserve the Republic, including birth within the jurisdiction of the U.S.A. to parents who both had U.S. citizenship at that birth, and having retained that undivided loyalty?

IV. Does birth to or adoption by a non-citizen father or mother incur foreign allegiance sufficient to negate being a “natural born citizen” and disqualify a candidate from becoming President?

V. Having attained one’s majority, do actions showing divided loyalty with continued allegiance to the foreign nationality of one’s minority evidence foreign allegiance sufficient to disqualify one from being a “natural born citizen” with undivided loyalty to the U.S.A., such as campaigning for a candidate in a foreign election, or traveling on a foreign passport?

VI. Does a presidential candidate or President Elect by default fail to qualify under U.S. C ONST ., art. II § 2 and amend. XX, § 3, if they neglect their burden to provide State or Federal election officers prima facie evidence of each of their identity, age, residence, and natural born citizenship, sufficient to meet respective State or Federal statutory standards?

VII. Do candidates for office disqualify themselves if they seek office under a birth name differing from a name given by adoption, or vice versa, when they neglect to provide election officers prima facie evidence of legal changes to their name, or if they neglect to legally change their name?

VIII. Does a President elect fail to qualify through breach of ethical disclosure duties, and obstruction of election officers’ constitutional duties to challenge, validate and evaluate qualifications for President, by withholding or sealing records evidencing identity, age, residency, or allegiance, or by claiming privacy and opposing in court efforts by Electors, election officers, or the People to obtain and evaluate such records?

IX. Does misprision by Federal election officers cause a President Elect to fail to qualify, if they neglect or refuse to challenge, validate, or evaluate qualifications of Electors or a President Elect, being bound by oath to support the Constitution and laws, after citizens provided information challenging those qualifications via petitions for redress of grievance, or by law suits?

X. To uphold its supremacy and inviolability, and to preserve the Republic, does the U.S. Constitution grant standing to Citizens to bring suit or quo warranto over negligence, obstruction, misprision, or breach of constitutional duties, and protect the People’s rights?

In his book Dreams From my Father as well as on his web site Fight the Smears respondent Obama admitted to the fact that his father was never a US citizen, but rather a British citizen from a British colony of Kenya and based on British Nationality act respondent Obama was a British citizen at birth and a Kenyan citizen from age 2 on December 12, 1961 when Kenya became an independent nation. As such, for the reason of his allegiance to foreign nations from birth respondent Obama never qualified as a Natural Born citizen. "

Lucas Smith and Sean Boyer have stated that Smith obtained this document from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya showing that Barack Hussein Obama II was born there and not in Hawaii, as he has claimed

(Mar. 25, 2011) — Theresa Cao has a new spokesman and a new ally, and they are not the same person.

Cao has told The Post & Email that Mr. Sean Boyer will be acting as her spokesperson effective today. Boyer has recently arranged for Ms. Cao to appear on several recent internet radio programs.

Cao now has reported that she will be including the Kenyan birth certificate document, a copy of which was sent to all members of the 111th Congress last year, as an addendum to the Exhibits in her Motion to Dismiss relating to her case which arose from the January 6, 2011 reading of the U.S. Constitution by the House of Representatives.

When The Post & Email asked Cao why she shouted out “Except Obama! Except Obama!” during the reading that day, she said, “Everyone in Congress already knew and they said nothing,” referring to the letter mailed by Lucas Smith to each congressman along with a copy of the alleged Kenyan birth certificate.

Cao mentioned that Mr. Boyer has contacted Donald Trump, who recently called for Obama to release his birth certificate. Trump has stated that Obama’s “family members” cannot agree on the hospital in which Obama was born and that Obama has failed to live up to his promise of being transparent.

Today, The Post & Email has learned that every member of the 112th Congress has also received the letter and copy of the alleged birth certificate sent last September. Of that development, Cao said, “Congress was forewarned before the reading of the Constitution, so they were making a big show [on January 6].”"

It always amazes me that conspiracy theorists seemingly know nothing about marketing or public relations. Or would that be because their crap would not stand the simplest review.

The Bomford fraud

On Aug. 2, 2009, WND reported that eligibility lawyer Orly Taitz had made public what became known as the "Bomford" birth certificate, seen here as Exhibit 1, by filing a motion in federal court to determine the document's authenticity.

Taitz's filing of the Bomford birth certificate caused such a stir that a thread discussing the document on Free Republic drew more than 10,000 postings. [Edit: THIS Thread].

On Aug. 4, 2009, Joseph Farah wrote an editorial expressing strong suspicions the document was not authentic.

That same day, Internet bloggers revealed that the Bomford birth certificate had been forged from an authentic "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth" issued in 1964 to an Australian citizen, David Jeffrey Bomford, born April 10, 1959, at Thebarton Community Hospital, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The document is seen here as Exhibit 2.

The forgers had found the document on a genealogy website set up by the Bomford family, and the forgery derived a look of authenticity because in August 1961, the month of Obama's birth, Kenya was in the Commonwealth of Great Britain. The modified document conveyed a surface look of credibility using the Australian birth certificate as a template.

Culprits come forward

Nearly a year later, a leftist Internet blogger presenting himself under the username "PJ Foggy" revealed that he had played a major role in the Bomford birth certificate forgery, as seen in Exhibit 3, a post on a forum created by Ed Hale in conjunction with Plains Radio.

What PJ Foggy makes clear in this Internet blog post from July 23, 2010, was that he was a messenger, not the creator of the fraudulent document. He mailed the document to Neil Sankey, an investigator for Orly Taitz, some time in July 2009.

Foggy takes delight in realizing that Taitz proceeded to file the document in federal court, even though she never had the original document in hand.

The implication seems to be that a professional document authenticator would have been reluctant to proceed on an copy of an electronic document, without first having subjected the original to forensic examination to determine its authenticity.

(Jul. 19, 2011) — Recently The Post & Email was contacted by someone who stated that he was told by very reliable business contacts within his company that they were provided information before the 2008 presidential election that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Mombasa, Kenya. The interviewee stated that his coworkers were told by an assistant to an under-secretary within the Kenyan government that Obama’s birth record existed in Kenya, and that the information was not difficult at the time to obtain.

The following is our interview with the individual:

MRS. RONDEAU: Thank you for contacting us regarding the knowledge which you said you have that Obama II was definitely born in Mombasa, Kenya. How did you learn that information?

INTERVIEWEE: Actually, it was prior to the presidential election when I had conversations with Atty. Philip Berg. He wanted to know if there was any way to find out if a certified copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth record could be obtained from any hospital in Kenya. We do a lot of business in that country and work very closely with the various ministries there as well as very high officials in the government, but the timing was such that the record had already been taken by Raila Odinga, the current prime minister of the country. I suppose if we had gone in there a month or so earlier, it might have still been possible for us to get it. It might still be possible to get it, but it would cost a lot of money and would be very, very difficult.

MRS. RONDEAU: Is there a way that you can be sure that Raila Odinga himself took personal custody of that birth record?

INTERVIEWEE: As with any third-world country, when the prime minister or any major minister in the country or any president issues an edict or an order, no under-minister is going to risk his job or even his life unless there’s a lot of money on the line where they could leave the country and not go back.

MRS. RONDEAU: Do you think someone would go on the line for 1,000,000 or 2,000,000 American dollars, or any amount?

INTERVIEWEE: Yes, the ministers would, yes, but Raila Odinga is a very rich man, so to go to him would probably would not be the best thing.

MRS. RONDEAU: When your contacts found this out, were they working with Dr. Jerome Corsi of WorldNetDaily? He has reported that many birth records within a given time frame, which included 1961, were found to have been missing and that a government minister had found it out and launched an investigation. Were your contacts involved at all with that, to your knowledge?

INTERVIEWEE: No, not at all.

MRS. RONDEAU: Have you looked at the alleged birth certificate that Mr. Lucas Smith has put out on the internet?

INTERVIEWEE: Yes. I recall that Orly Taitz had submitted it to Judge David O. Carter in her lawsuit. That was totally bogus and obviously fraudulent because Kenya was a country that was under British rule for many years, and when Obama was born, information on his birth record would have been given in metric measurements: height, weight, etc. The document I have seen has it in inches and pounds, so it’s totally fraudulent.

MRS. RONDEAU: If your sources told you accurately that Raila Odinga or someone deep within the Kenyan government took custody of the document, then it would seem as if even a copy would not have been available at the hospital as Mr. Smith has claimed.

INTERVIEWEE: No, it would not. I know for a fact that Raila Odinga took it. I had this conversation with someone as to what it would take to be able to actually get access to the information, but you have to ask yourself, “Is it worth it to somebody, maybe?” Then at the end of the day, is there unique information that would be required for someone to risk his life to obtain? Is it possible to get a copy of it? So when I had this conversation, the people with whom I spoke felt that unless you could actually get the genuine, certified birth record, a copy would present problems.

MRS. RONDEAU: Do you think government officials in our government such as Eric Holder, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and even the other members of the U.S. Supreme Court know that Obama was born in Kenya?

INTERVIEWEE: That would be very speculative. I know Orly Taitz has been working hard to get to the truth, and I hope she succeeds. She’s very persistent. Maybe a federal judge will order that Obama’s records be opened. I have been following Orly’s work, and I hope a judge somewhere does the right thing."

Allegedly, BO Sr's. April 29, 1959 British passport has been uncovered:

Notice the date of birth - 18.6.1934. (June 18th, 1934).

Didn't he mention sometime later, that his DOB was June 18, 1936 (2 years difference)?

Also, no wife or children are listed, even though BO Sr. is alleged to have married his first wife Kezia in 1954 and their first son Roy was born March 15, 1958. Both in time to be listed on the 1959 passport, but aren't.
