Quite some time. The British did not just cut their colonies loose. In this case, the Republic of Kenya was declared on December 12, 1963 when they ratified their constitution by a 63% vote.
It’s not showing any problems right now, but that isn’t to say that it won’t be a problem again.
If you don’t have to go to this site you probably shouldn’t.
I'll bet someone dies over this.
Hi Red Steel! Did you somehow fail to notice the document you are citing from was amended in 1999?
You are looking at a modern, amended form of the constitution, and falsely suggesting that it is the original constitution of 1963.
If you look at Kenya’s original constitution, it does not call Kenya a Republic. This is hardly surprising, Kenya was not a republic until 1964. Documents before 1964, such as the original 1963 constitution, would not be expected to call kenya a republic. Documents after, such as the 1999 you cite, would call it a republic.
You can review the original 1963 constitution here.

Yes, me too. I am working hospital midnight shift. I was sitting here reading the same threads over and over. I have been glued to FR in the last few months just waiting for something like this to pop up. Something to give me real hope, that is authentic 100% USDA HOPE, not Kenya fake hope.
we need to research the history, but i do seem recall some other countries or territories had a transition period. you have partial autonomy with full independence at a later date.
Oh I am so sorry to hear that. And relieved. and angry.
God Bless your Military!
Thanks for the data. Just to be safe, I'm going to run Malwarebytes anti-malware program before I shut down.
get that in comics as well.
Most people cannot understand intel and counter intel much less playing the game of passing on intel to make the other intel services either pursue it or to make them believe it false in order to create faith in a different direction.
The Russians are very good at this as they are chessplayers, America is not so subtle and often just uses a simple frontal effect when giving out propaganda.
Its just a little hobby of mine.
Always assume the other side knows the same thing as you do.
Thank you .... I forgot that .. I’m
always on yahoo, so that’s where I
naturally go.
Here's the document in question (courtesy of SwordMaker's quick work extracting it):
The document itself purports to be from 1964, and it shows an ostensible Obama birth in 1961.
It has quite a bit of control information so it should be possible to search through the original records and see if the document's information is accurate.
I’ll concede the point for now, but that’s not enough determine that this document is fraudulent. It may very well have been common practice for the Kenyan government in 1964 in anticipation by placing the ‘Republic of Kenya’ on their letterhead.
More coffee, ladybug!
His DOB isn’t in question.
(not yet, at least)
LOL
I did a word search for the term “Republic” on that PDF file.
You are correct, in that version “republic” does not appear.
Read post 473.

I’m not even going to bother to read all those ‘reports’ again, I know them all off by heart. The address in the Polk Directory, in the name of Anna Obama is ‘confirmed’ by a woman named Mary Toutinghi who says she lived in a next door apartment, her husband’s name was Joseph, she said she used to babysit, she said the child never fussed, blah blah blah...and Susan Blake, she’s made her speech, (she changed the nappy,) sounding like she was reading from a script written by a journalist, the same Susan Blake who spent 10 years on the board of the Mercer Island School...right?
And Mary Toutinghi swears she never voted for obama, oh no no no...yet here she is, complaining about what happened to the obama sign in her yard:
No wonder there’s a marxist in the White House!
They called themselves a republic in their 1963 constitution, as per http://www.constitutionnet.org/en/vl/constituion-kenya
