That’s what it looks like to me as well - a Stealth Bomber... VERY high up in the sky, and VERY far away, and moving quickly.
A little off-topic, but I used to live in the flight path of the fighter jets and such from CO Springs that would do fly-overs at Mile High Stadium in Denver. One day they did a Stealth Flyover — it was flying VERY low, and slow and when it came over my house it blocked out ALL the light for a while. My daughters and I literally ran from one side of the upstairs to the other while it was STILL over our house blocking out the sun. If I didn’t know that was one of “OURS” it would’ve freaked me out good. They are HUGE, and shaped so strangely that it seems like something right out of an alien movie. Looking out our window it seemed like if I were standing on the roof it would’ve taken off my head (we did live on top of a high hill, so only my house and my neighbors were at that “altitude”, but it was SO LOW and basically “buzzed” my house! LOL). Like I said, if I had never seen one before I would’ve probably reacted like those folks hearing “War of the Worlds”! LOL
I’ll reserve more comment on these actual pictures until I read the rest of the thread. But, at first glance it does look like a Stealth - perhaps veering off and away from the photographer’s position to make the strange angle in that picture.

Though some contend the stealth has dual propulsion systems including anti-grav.
This particular craft is shown hovering near the water with boats nearby and buildings in the background.
A stealth could not do that unless it has anti-grav as an added propulsion system.
However, closer inspection of the craft would indicate that it’s not a stealth bomber. The windows etc. are signficantly different.
Hard to tell in terms of scale etc. even with the boats but I suspect it’s bigger than a stealth.
I think it’s at least thicker top to bottom.
