Am I the Only One who is sick and tired of "I'd Hit It"?

I've never posted a straight Vanity before.
But I am sick and tired of this good conservative, generally religious site being overrun by people posting "I'd hit it", whenever a picture of a good-looking girl is displayed.
It's demeaning, it's immoral, and I guess I'm just a prude but announcing to the world that you'd like to have sex with a woman based on her picture, like she was some object, hardly seems like the appropriate attitude on a conservative political site.
But rather than post in response to any particular person, I figured I'd just vent here where everybody could see and make fun of me.
So go ahead. I thank you for whatever indulgence you have given me in this rant.
Back to your regularly scheduled oggling and hitting.

The next time I mail a batch of pictures, I’ll need to weigh the envelope. That will be fun. Speaking of pictures, I’ll just bop over to my email and email you some!

That will be great! Thanks!
No more guessing! No more standing in line to weigh your mail!
To: Monkey Face
Unless it weighs more than 5 lbs.! Will definitely save trips for stamps, since I was always forgetting to order from USPS.gov before I ran out.
I’ll have to do the pictures after DP gets home: they’re saved on the “other side” of the computer, for which only he has the password.

That’s OK. I can wait for photos.
I’m really glad you like stamps.com. I won’t be without it, for sure.

"Neutrino detection means something else is going on." Neutrino detection? Could it be you meant to say "neutron" detection?
Yes, indeedy, I think there may be something "else" going on. Perhaps some of the loose energy is triggering that carbon nucleus breakup. But the triple track is definitively indicative of carbon >>> three alpha particles.
I'm kinda excited about it. Proton / boron is a very interesting possibility for nuclear energy with no radioactive decay products. Some way to induce regular carbon to do that without developing a billion degrees Kelvin would be an intriguing development. Maybe not "cold fusion", but definitely cool!
One thing for sure, Pons and Fleischman notwithstanding, whatever is happening is going way beyond ordinary chemistry.

They remind me (collectively) of my own son! If I can find it, I’ll send you one of my favorite photos. Similar. ;o]

Hi, all. Finally made it here but my brain is fried and not from the heat wave. Got my powerpoint to where I could send it to be burned on the conferenced CD. Not done, but the technical core is. And the rest is material I already have elsewhere, most re-formatting and a little updating.
SO what's news in the world today?

My husband and boys went up to Charlotte for a trail run, but it was rained out. We’ve got thunder here, but no rain yet. It poured for almost an hour up in Clt before they gave up and said they’d try to hold the race in a couple of weeks.
I printed a postcard stamp!

I’m seeing big thunderheads go by, but no thunder and no rain. Not unusual for a summer heatwave here.

"SO what's news in the world today?" Supposedly, someone thinks 0bama may have been born in Hawaii.
Did you consider digesting my Post 2064? Cool fusion, you might say.
