There should be a Constitutional Amendment banning that one.

I completely agree. We need to do whatever it takes to get that one on the ballot in 2008. It will get people to the polls like never before.

The list of banned AI songs should include:

Wind Beneath my Wings
Something to Talk About
Black Velvet
Anything ever sung by Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, and Celine Dion in their entire lives even if it was at grandma's house around the piano on Christmas Eve

I wouldn't ban these. I'd just make it a "zero tolerance" rule in that if you try one of them, and (expletive deleted) it up, then you're automatically off the show, regardless of the vote totals that week.
