All during Sanjaya's performance, I was wishing that I knew how to photoshop. I would have taken a still of Sanjaya, screaming into the microphone, and turned the microphone into a flashlight, pointed at his face (a la ghost story around the campfire). Then I would have juxtaposed that picture with one of the crying girl.
"Sanjaya, PLEASE stop frightening little girls!"

"Here Come the Brides" was a great feel-good show that appealed to all ages. Bobby Sherman was the lynchpin of that show.

Bobby was promoted to Capt. on the Los Angeles Police Department, where he taught CPR and life saving techniques to incoming academy recruits. For a few years, he was also one of the members of the Teen Idol Tour, which also included Peter Noone, Davy Jones and, then later, Micky Dolenz replacing Jones. Bobby is the father of two grown sons, both of them following their famous father into the music industry.
In 1999, Sherman joined the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department in the same capacity he held with the LAPD.
A qualified paramedic, Sherman joined the LAPD in 1988 as a specialist officer, training police recruits in first aid and CPR.
