I was checking the past 2 weeks, and the lowest rated guy and girl on DI.com made it to the following week.
Second worst guy? Booted both times.
I think he wears a hat to keep his ears tucked in??? He definitely looks better in a hat. The guy needs to grow some hair.
That's good because sangaya is second lowest and moving up on Phil Stacey.
Somehow that sounds so wrong yet so right!

I remember The Mitch Miller Show. We watched it every week as a family.
My parents had all his albums, and they came with the words to the songs.
They had lots of parties and sing-a-longs. I believe some drinking was going on too....lol
Although Chris Sligh is, by far, my favorite pick among the guys, I also have to say that he looks the most uncomfortable on stage when he's not singing. He truly looks awkward when talking with the judges and with Ryan, to the point that I end up feeling sorry for him. His singing voice and song choices have been fabulous, however.
Amen to your tagline, CCC. I liked the judges comments that only four of the guys deserve to move on (3 1/2 from Simon!). I wonder which four they would pick. I doubt they'd be the same I would pick. Actually, I'd probably only pick three: Sligh, Chris R. and Phil, and based only on tonight, Brandon. I know they didn't like Phil tonight, but I really like him, hat and all. At least he's trying to stand out and be noticed, and I like his voice. It just didn't work tonight.
I'm thinking the four are: Chris S., Blake, Chris R. (I don't care for him, but the judges seem to), and maybe Phil.
Yeah, I think you're right. They do seem to like Blake. I just think he's a one trick pony. But since there will be six do you think it will be Jared and Brandon? I have been voting for Sundance. At least he's not boring. I just really hope it's not Suckjaya. The straight hair tonight was just too gay. I think the judges feel sorry they put him through. There were a lot of guys who got cut that were so much better than him.
Chris Sligh was the only good performance of the night
The rest were mediocre to poor. I'd rate them like this:
Chris S.
Blake(didn't think it was good but at least it was entertaining)
Brandon(hinted at potential but just having potential isn't going to get it done)
Sundance(still hasn't lived up to his initial audition)
Phil(would have been okay if not for him trying to sing lower than he's capable at the beginning of the song)
Chris R.(still strongly dislike his voice but I'd have to say I liked his performance this week better than anything else he's done)
Jared(bland, bland, bland)
Sanjaya(please let this be his last week)
I hope Sanjaya and Chris R. get the boot, but I bet it will be Brandon and Jared leaving.
Almost certainly, the girls will demolish the guys again this week.
LOL! LOve the cat! Sorry i couldn't be here last night, but I did watch the show. The guys were bland except for beatbox and sligh. I guess the judges don't want sligh to win. He was the best and they were still kinda harsh with him.
I don't see what the judges like about Chris R either. Hard to say who that 1/2 is. maybe Sundance.
I agree about Blake being a one trick pony. I think that will be more evident as the weeks go by. I hope they have real themes this year and not just 60's week, 90's week, 70's week, songs from the year they were born etc.

That's what happens when it's close voting. No way to statistically determine who it will be. It's not "garbage" it's math.
Looks like San Fran came through for sangaya.

But everyone is within the margin of error so, statistically, everyone is at risk for going home. Honestly, in all my "dial idol" watching days I cannot remember that happeneing. Must be because all of the guys are average and nobody stands out. It's a competition to be the "tallest midget"...
Its math but its math based on people actually using their software. I think that number has fallen since last year now that they have the newer software. You have to have a second phone line and I'm not sure a lot of people do that. In fact, we just got rid of our second phone line. At a time when people are paying more for DSL or cable, I doubt people are opting to pay the extra money to have that second phone line.
