LMAO!! Yule Brener!!
That's my top 3, too. They weren't even that great, just better then the rest.
To: retrokitten
instead of answering you I answered myself, probably cause it was such a great show or something but seacrest thanked paul and randy and ignored simon

I think they knock out 2 on Thursday but they really should get rid of 10 and keep 2

Really?
I thought he sucked and left a mark. Ruined a darn good Sara Evans song.
Oh well...to each his own.

I lost several hours of my childhood when my gram forced me to watch that damn show! Same here. Remember at the end of every show, all the old folks with their horn-rimmed glasses and arthritic knees would try to dance ...
It still gives me nightmares :)

LOL! Totally. On the bright side, Lawrence had a nice smile.
(I don't know, just trying to make a positive out of repressed anger) LOL!

My grandfather lives in San Diego and a few years ago my mom and dad visited him. He was insistent they go to this dinner theater. My mom and dad were the youngest people there by YEARS. There was a statue of Lawrence Welk in the lobby of this dinner theater that actually had bubbles coming out of it! My mom had to excuse herself when she saw it, because she wanted to just burst out laughing.
To: Lil'freeper
I'd say Lionel Jefferson goes:

Hi, EG :)
Have the feeling Chris is going to be way down on Simon's list now. :)
Yeah, Chris may have gone too far with that one. He told Simon he likes him a couple times after that, but it didn't look like Simon was buying :o

Freepers are every where, so I'm sure in a little while someone will be along to say, "Oh that's the __________ Dinner Theater on Blah Blah Blah Street!" LOL
There is also a subdivision in the San Diego area called Lawrence Welk Village. San Diegons loves Lawrence Welk apparently.
