That's too bad. Do you think when they are that young that they should maybe do more things like mall concerts and build up more of a following before cutting a cd? I just hate to see her get a bums rush because they pushed her too soon.
Our local Fox just reported on a lawsuit between 2 cheerleading parents from Carroll and Colleyville....pom-poms shoved in faces and sladerous e-mails.....oh my!
LMAO!! I am not joking- nearly ALL the men on my mom's side of the family are named Peter or Pete. Uncles, cousins, my grandfather. The ones that escaped Peter are all Pauls and somehow I have a cousin named Anthony. Maybe he's adopted.

I don't remember seeing him at all. This is what's so irritating. They go to the trouble of giving certain people air time then they vanish into thin air while we're left with happy dancing or sobbing people we haven't even seen before.

Me too. I want them to go back to the usual format next year. Maybe trim down the auditions by one week and add a couple of extra hours to the Hollywood shows. And also, do a more efficient job of editing! We saw too much garbage and hardly any of the talent.
I thought he was a shoe-in. He must have stumbled badly in the Hollywood rounds :-/

The contestants that made it through to the top twenty-four were Sanjaya Malakar, Alaina Alexander, Melinda Doolittle, Brandon Rogers, Gina Glocksen, Haley Scarnato, Phil Stacy, Chris Sligh, Blake Lewis, Rudy Cardenas, A.J. Tabaldo, Stephanie Edwards, Leslie Hunt, Nicholas Pedro, Chris Richardson, Sabrina Sloan, Lakisha Jones, Paul Kim, Jordin Sparks, Nicole Tranquillo, Jared Cotter, Amy Krebs, Antonella Barba, and Sundance Head.
While there were several familiar faces among the top twenty-four contestants, the most shocking thing was that there were also several new faces that had not been featured during the audition episodes. It will be interesting to see if the contestants that are being introduced to America for the first time will be able to catch up in building a fan following or if they will be the first eliminated.
