Honestly, I don't think anyone knows for sure and everything is just speculation. Somehow they have managed to actually keep a tight lid on this one.

Yeah which makes me think its just the song writing, or that it isn't anything that great. They've been bringing past contestants back each week to sing.

Will they have a finale where the previous winners appear? Are they all mostly under contract yet, so they could be forced to appear?

I think that Chris Sligh has a really nice voice and would probably kill some old Meatloaf tunes or some other soulfull cuts.

I'll repeat my suggestion -- Roy Orbison. It fits his look, too (as does Meat Loaf).

What's up for Antonella once she gets the "Idol" boot? TMZ has found one offer already on the table: Girls Gone Wild!

Joe Francis, the guy behind the GGW empire, has already offered the saucy Idolette a $250,000 contract to appear in a video as a celebrity host!

Francis tells TMZ, "We have reached out to Antonella Barba through her family and are trying to reach her directly in order to offer her a hosting job for one of our upcoming video projects. Just like the American Idol judges, we at Girls Gone Wild are looking for a girl next door, with sexiness, attitude, a carefree spirit and a presence that will command the attention of the Nation."

Grin...good on you, Netizen. You got why I used that pathetic post about Fantasia from Pulse as an example of how stupid these pissing contests can become. They are understandable coming from 12-yr-olds, but adults ought to know better.

Out of the hundreds of thousands who've auditioned for Idol since 2002, only about 10 former contestants have achieved any success in show biz. As a fan of the show, I can be pleased for all of them, including the ones I never liked.

1. Instead of 6 guys and 6 girls there will be 8 girls and 4 guys. They will do vote totals only leaving the four highest vote getters in the competition. Seems like every week they have been hinting at this.

2. They will announce the rules and all the details for the songwriter’s competition.

3. Paul McCartney will visit the show.

4. Michael Jackson will visit the show.

5. Paula will announce that she is leaving and the new judge will be introduced. Although lately she has bee a good thing on the show.

6. They will announce that Antonella voluntarily steps out of the competition.

7. They will have a final show with the best of the booted contestants.

8. James Brown is not really dead; he will visit the show with the psychic predictor from Idol Chat.

9. Ryan and Alaina announce their engagement.

Ah, but if you look at them you can see some similarities. Very, very pimpy in their singing style geared towards a huge record buying audience, they sub 25 year old category. The boys (that's what most of them are) have tried to sell sex in their performances with their breathy, gyrating or pseudo sensitive crap.

You know how it works right? It's not "Dial Idols" prediction. It's based on the numbers and statistics. How is it their fault that everyone is within the margin of error?
