Congress is adjourned until after the elections, so no, there probably ISN'T anything up for a vote at the moment.

Hi All- Wayne LaPierre noted this several years ago that the gungrabbers are always comfortable and genuinely pleased with a bit of bloodshed because without it their statist dreams are toast. Not only do school shootings seem to happen in "clusters" they also seem to overwhelmingly occur during election seasons.

Funny thing is that PA just had a special session on September 26th to try and pass legislation concerning guns ie one hand gun purchase a month and assault weapons ban. Rendell really pushed it. Nothing was passed last week but now you have this happen
