Is there some kind of gun legislation in Congress up for approval? these things always seem to coincide.
Congress is adjourned until after the elections, so no, there probably ISN'T anything up for a vote at the moment.

Actually, there is a bill to limit handgun purchases to one per month, per person. The Philly idiots think that'll reduce crime in that sh*thole city.
