If you had a gun in your car, would you leave them alone long enough to go get it?

If you didn't have a gun in your car, would you leave long enough to go get someone you knew did?

Is it better to stay with the kids and know that nobody will know and no help will come or leave and know help would come?

These are hard decisions. Your blanket statement may not necessarily apply to all hard situations. But it sounds good.

Yes, they do. We don't know what he said to them, we don't know what was in the minds of those "adults". Perhaps they thought they were doing the right thing not to make this man angry, or maybe he said everyone leave or I will start killing all the kids. Maybe, they thought saving some was better than losing all.
No one knows what they would do!
