I lived in Reading for a while and Lancaster is not that far from there.
I've been all over this country and that's some of the most beautiful I've seen.
Sadly when I lived around there buggies were common and once in a while one would get hit by a car - horse and driver didn't have much of a chance against a car.
Lancaster county is truely GOD's Country - so beautiful and peaceful - those poor children and that teacher had no idea what evil would come to their door today.
I'm wonder if the killer left any clues besides the suicide notes about what he planned.
Buggies are still common. Fortunately, most drivers are on the lookout for them.
